Renovations and additions
Transforming what's already there, without starting from scratch.

Stores and offices that have to open on a set date.
Back to project types
Retail and office work comes with two pressures homes don't have: the opening date and the rent that's already running. Every week of construction is a week of rent with no revenue.
That's why we work to a schedule tied to the opening date and make decisions early: finishes and furniture get locked in at the start, not after construction is underway.
We also take care of what the city will require for the certificate of occupancy, which tends to delay an opening more than the construction itself.
Each one is handled by a specific studio service, with one architect responsible from start to finish.
The ones we use most often on this kind of project. Each service page details its scope.
